Refund Policy
Should your goods not be as expected due to damage in transit, improper function or incorrect size, we will happily exchange your piece for a faultless replacement. A refund may only be issued if your order is cancelled within 24 hours of your purchase. This is because each item is made to order and after 24 hours you materials will have been purchased and work is likely to have begun.
