What is Yemeni Jujube Honey? 

An exceptional 100% pure raw honey from Yemen which is harvested entirely by hand, and is considered to be the best honey in the world. It owes its reputation to its purity, and has virtues unanimously recognized. 

Origin of the honey 

The royal jujube tree, Sidr of its Arabic name, is a thorny tree of the Rhamnaceae family, native to China.  

Characteristic of Sidr Maliki honey from Yemen:  

  • It is a mono floral honey that does not crystallize, even when exposed to cold. 

 The Sidr honey is: 

  •  Soft in texture, 
  •  Intense and caramelized taste. 
  •  It is golden. 
  •  And its smell evokes hazelnut. 
  •  However, it is advisable to store it in a dry place at room temperature.
