Refund Policy

Should your goods not be as expected due to damage in transit, improper function or incorrect size, we will happily exchange your piece for a faultless replacement. A refund may only be issued if your order is cancelled within 24 hours of your purchase. This is because each item is made to order and after 24 hours you materials will have been purchased and work is likely to have begun.

We do not accept cancellations, items can be exchanged. Please contact us for an exchange. Due to the nature of the following items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns for:

Condition of return Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. The item must be returned in its original packaging and condition. If the item is not returned as it was sold, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
